Enhanced Improvement (E&I)

Changed quite a lot of stuff about brewing and brewing recipes, and added back the Witchtower;
Added back some effects missing from the potion rings to the potions rings again

I guess one could call that the Brewing update, though a lot is still to be done I suppose ?




Also now we have salt I_I, and a new crop coming with it;
Some smaller stuff include : more random things content is integrated within the pack;
Compat to make sure zombies and skeletons could spawn with new enchants, giving more use to the "treasurer's eyes" enchant in singleplayer

mob spawning shenanigans, tried making pied pipers even rarer



Next up will be the simple dungeon loot table rework, and possibly a new marine structure to find alongside it or two

That said I have other stuff to do so next update won't be soon
