Enhanced Improvement (E&I)

Made the desert pyramid loot table, ending all temple loot for now

I added stuff to the shipwreck loot too

tweaked quite a bit of stuff regarding spawnrates and reworked the brewing system (WIP, as weakness potions are yet to be added)

next time I'll probably add back the Witchtower

Also I added back Matmos because apparently my lag issues were not caused by him and me was stoopid 
So yeah dynamic sounds yay
