Enhanced Improvement (E&I)

Reworked the Mineshaft loot table to fit better with other features and content in the pack

corrected some recipes again; mostly related to use of dye items instead of dyes from the correct oredict entries which are used within the pack







Oh and I added the trader backport mod, thought I'd mention that. I confirgured it to what I wanted it to be, though it may be subject to change
