Enhanced Improvement (E&I)

Corrected a bunch a problems with the last file uploaded, mainly some of the loot did not register + trail ruin spawning was ruined

so now hopefully stuff just works, as I wish to do other things I_I

Next major update is probably gonna have villager houses in plains, and some more structures and special configuration of existing loot tables
