The Resource packs are back, because i was dumb and forgot to keep them x,x

- configurablehealth and difficult life have been reset to defaults to allow the mod to be managable for all in the early stages of single player.

- Coding Blazing did a dumb and decided to include files from mods that previously were available, but were never included in the final release
