Nights get really dark thanks to the Total Darkness mod, because of this Optifine is recommended for its dynamic lights.
Issues are to be expected with it installed, however, including but not limited to longer loading times.
Otherwise, the mining helmet will be your best friend when exploring at night, or sleep it away with the Comforts mod.
Wood and stone tool crafting is removed and early progression beyond the flint hatchet it done through Tinkers. From there the possibilities are endless!
This pack was started as a project in my free time to put together a pack to play with friends, with my frequent updates, I wanted to get it uploaded somewhere for ease of install/update.
