Configuration Changes

• Upped Custom Main Menu & LaunchGUI version number
• Disabled startup backup in AromaBackup.cfg
• Further tweaked world generation fixing some issues. (Mostly final?)
• Changed the splash screen bar colour to match logo/theme of pack art
• Reverted the recipes amount output of enderio conduits to default
• Added Sag Mill recipes for HarvestCraft salt ore & Thaumcraft shard ores
• Disabled Botania’s version checking, no more annoyance!
