Major update, moving to release.

 Updated Forge to 10.13.4.1490

 Updated AE2, Chisel2, CodeChickenCore, Extra Utilities, Hardcore Ender Expansion, Iguana Tinker Tweaks, Magical Crops, NEI, OpenBlocks, OpenModsLib, Storage Drawers, Tinkers Construct, ttCore and Wawla to the latest version.

Removed Waila NBT, Opis and Better Title Screen.

Added Journey Map to replace Opis.

Also added Roguelike Dungeons and VeinMiner.

 I messed up version 0.2.6 by adding 1.8 versions of CodeChickenCore and Extra Utilities, corrected manifest... should work now.
