- updated "alchemistry" & "Chemlib" for better mod support

- Bop's (biomes O plenty) rose quartz is now ore dicted with the create rose quartz (unpolished)
- plastic can be melted in tinker's smeltery to get pneumatics' molten plastic
- plastic can be casted in an ingot cast to get a piece of plastic
- ingots / raw ores / nuggets should be dissolvable now
- removed the alkahestry tome (it was never intended to be used !)
- added recipe for mekanism's salt using chemistry [NaCl]
