Config Changes:
1. Disabled Summon Decoy, Summon Vex, Summon Steed, Summon Wolves from Ars Nouveau due to potential hazards such as unkillable/unremovable entities. This results in the server becoming unstable.
2. Changed starting mana capacity of Ars Nouveau to 200, changed max mana per book rank to 150.
3. Changed the Craft rune to be a starter rune.
