Waystones

JourneyMap Waypoints are created when a waystone is placed

more blocks are needed to cost 1 XP level for teleportation for waystones.

Waystones can now generate anywhere chances 100/10000

only 20seconds are required to warp to another waypoint after using one

inventory button requires XP as well
