Hammers and excavator tools are too strong, as such their durability's have been nerfed:

Redstone durability decreased from 1100 to 400 Lapis durability decreased from 1100 to 400 Obsidian durability decreased from 11200 to 5000 Diamond durability decreased from 8025 to 8000 Emerald durability decreased from 9768 to 5000 Netherite durability increased from 13675 to 16000
