Eepymon 1.7 update v1.0.3

We caved. We're using Cobblemon 1.7.1 now.

• Updated Cobblemon to 1.7.1
• Updated side mods to match
• Added Cobblemon Secret Base Trainer, so you can leave you to defend your gym.
• Replaced EMI with REI, as it was causing so many issues for some reason.
• Added Only Bottle Caps for less tedious IV acquirement.
• Actually included the Mob Filter config this time. No naturally spawning hostile mobs, mostly none of the aquatic creatures, only animals, villagers, and mobs from spawners, structures and events (like a zombie invasion). Oh, and in the Nether and End. And the warden.
• Added Sit. You can now sit on stairs and slabs.
