Config changes

Advanced Generators iron frame recipe changed to stop conflict with iron gears.
This conflict stopped the possibility of autocrafting iron gears in Refined Storage systems.

All Animania and Exotic Birds cooked meats can now be dried on a drying rack (fast!) to produce leather.
