Critical hotfix for v2.45.4. If v2.45.4 crashed your client on launch with "Mod jei requires neoforge 21.1.238 or above", this fixes it. Update both client and server.

Fixed: JEI client crash

v2.45.4 updated JEI to 19.42, which requires NeoForge 21.1.238 — but the pack runs NeoForge 21.1.235, so JEI hard-crashed the client at startup. (It's a client-only mod, so the crash didn't appear on servers.)

Fix: JEI pinned to 19.39.0.372 — the version that ran fine on 2.45.2/2.45.3. No other changes from 2.45.4.

Why not just update NeoForge?

Attempted, and reverted: every NeoForge version new enough for JEI 19.42 (21.1.238+) hard-crashes Integrated Dynamics at load. JEI and Integrated Dynamics currently want incompatible NeoForge versions, so the loader stays at 21.1.235 until Integrated Dynamics ships a fix. JEI stays pinned until then.
