Dynamic Odyssey v2.44.1

A small follow-up to v2.44.0.
Re-added EMI Loot, EMI Ores, and EMIffect. v2.44.0 removed them to save client memory — but a heap dump taken after that release proved they were never the cause. The real memory win (live heap 11.4 GB → 6.5 GB) came entirely from enabling ModernFix's lazy model loading; the EMI plugins cost almost nothing. So the loot-table, worldgen-ore, and status-effect lookup panels are back.
The ModernFix dynamic_resources change from v2.44.0 stays — that's what lets you run the pack at ~8–10 GB instead of 24 GB.
No other changes. All 464 server tests pass.
