Update some mods (except create & sophisticated storage).

Caution changes of version come from the removal of the nosium mod that has been removed from curseforge and can't be used here anymore, make a backup, I have not seen any problem (probably due to the fact that we have a very large already generated terrain), but this may cause generation problems so update at your risk and make a BACKUP, you should always do one but here more than ever.
