Duality: Magic and Tech

Updated mods; mostly bugfixes.
Added bird meat as valid chicken meat.
Added a recipe to transform black dye to ink sacs due to squids being basically impossible to find en masse.
Added a recipe to transform all feathers into the vanilla feather. This allows raven feathers to be transformed for recipes that only use the vanilla feather.
Added a recipe to transform sand casts back into sand in case you accidentally transformed all of your sand into sand casts.
Added a recipe to transform written books back into normal books. Gives a use for all those random books you have laying around from various mods.
