New Mod: Hunger Overhaul

- Food overall gives fewer hunger points

- Regeneration from eating is increased

- Crops, plants, and baby animals grow at a slower pace

- Cows have a 1-minute cooldown between milking

- Hunger damage ticks doubled from 1 heart-per-tick to 2 hearts-per-tick

- As hunger gets lower, players will be affected by mining fatigue, slowness, and weakness incrementally

- Fully grown crops can be right-clicked with an open hand to harvest and replant

- Specific changes may be adjusted in future patches

Recipe changes:
- Permanent Tinker's Construct Casts now correctly consume the original part used to make the cast

- Vanilla stairs and slabs can now be crafted back into their original material
