Dragon Rush alters both the world gen of your typical Minecraft game thanks to the Tectonic mod by Apollo and overhalls vanilla Minecraft biomes with William Wythers' Overhauled Overworld. It also increases the difficulty of reaching vital dimensions.
Some kind of magic also blocks nether portals, so you'll need to find a way around it in order to get to the Nether if you want access to netherite or different eyes added by the End Remastered mod by jack_bagel.
Race against yourself or your friends to defeat the ender dragon as fast as possible, or just play for the fun of it.
