Ton more additions, and some performance updates.

Known Bug: when choosing origins on first join, one of the pages seems to not show up, and this prevents all keybind origin powers. To fix this, rejoin the world. The page should appear, and once choice has been made, all powers should be granted. Looking into a more permanent fix at the moment, but this will have to do for now.
