Draconic Steampunk

• Major overhaul on world generation, trying to get this pack to the promised "no world resets needed" place.  We aren't quite there yet, but the goal is that by 1.0.0 that will be true.  Until then update your world with caution.  This pack is still being developed and will change as our development team finds instabilities and issues. 

• This release adds a layered system to replace the dimensions that were removed, to provide mining and building locations that match the various needs for all the origins available.  All vanilla dimensions have ben linked through their voids with custom dimensions layered between to bring the total world height to ~1530 blocks. 

• We have introduced astral sorcery to expand on the steampunk ideas and added a custom recipe for crafting the star charts from paper and nether stars to prevent scarcity on long running worlds.  Also added custom recipes for chests and other various items, including turning hoes into pickaxes for that inevitable mistake.
