Mod Modifications:

• Update FermiumBooter 1.1.1 -> 1.4.1
• Update Noisethreader 1.1.1 -> 1.1.2

Bugfixes:

• Fix an uncommon crash when generating chunks in the Ocean (Noisethreader).
• Remove typo'd items from the Omniwand config - the items were already present in non-typo'd form.
• Fix the RFTools Syringe Recipe not displaying the proper tooltips.

Balance Adjustments:

• Added Silver Ore smelting in the Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace.
• Correct Copper and Nickel Ore smelting time in the Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace.

QoL Improvements:

• Add a bunch of tooltips to various types of things for searchability.
• Allow searching "##omniwand" to find everything that goes in the Omniwand.
• Add a few more items to the Omniwand.
• Reduce the default backup time from 2 hours to 30 minutes.

Text and Quest Updates:

• Add a tooltip to the Omniwand suggesting searching in JEI for what items can be added.

Miscellaneous Changes:

• Added compatibility between the custom Hand Framing Tool and the not-installed mod Fluid Drawers.
