Config changes

• Add 0-2 nether shards or echo shards to Warden kill.
• Temporarily turned off villager boosts for charisma (PMMO) due to trades easily being reduced to 1. (pmmo:villager_boost)

Quest changes

• Fixed PMMO quest reward
• Changed up farming quests
• Made grist and edit mode dependent on appropriate quests

Recipe changes

• Changed recipe for pet collars that includes a nametag
• Changed natures compass that includes ars nouveau saplings and magical logs
• Changed quark runes recipe to smithing template
• Made Wayward lantern uncraftable as its pretty wonky in multiplayer. Waiting for an update for fix.
