Description
DISCRIMINE MOD PACK
is the official mod pack to experience DISCRIMINE.
What is DISCRIMINE?
DISCRIMINE is what happens when you try to reach the infinite potential of Minecraft. Minecraft’s potential is wasted in many ways, and the most wasted aspect is the modding community. Literally thousands of people and thousands of artists have dedicated hours and days of their lives to creating wonderful mods for this game. Each of these mods is truly art. But unfortunately, few people appreciate the art of these mods as it deserves to be. If they can’t appreciate the art of the mods, they won’t be able to appreciate the potential of each of them.
Harnessing Infinite Potential
DISCRIMINE is here to harness that potential and appreciate that art:
Below you will find a basic description of how we plan to reach the infinite potential of the mods that make up this MOD-PACK. If you are looking for a more detailed definition and are intrigued by everything you just read, you can join our DISCORD, which will be at the end of this post.

Epic Fight is a mod that has gone from simply wanting to revolutionize combat to literally changing the entire game… currently, almost every entity in the game is animated with Epic Fight models, but it can go further…
1 – More immersive and dynamic animations
Using the anvil and watching your character pick up the hammer and strike it. Opening doors and watching your character place their hand on the door, then pulling it and opening the door. Seeing a beautiful landscape and being able to sit anywhere with the confidence that the animation will change depending on where you sit: these are just basic examples of everything that can be achieved.
2 – Competitive combat on equal terms
Epic Fight is a mod that truly allows you to enjoy combat in a calmer and more elegant way, but unfortunately, the mod is not geared towards promoting competitive combat on equal terms. You could even say that the mod focuses more on the survival experience. That’s why I’m looking to change certain mechanics and add new ones to encourage competitive combat.
Less stamina reduction to encourage combos and facilitate mobility. More balanced cooldowns—the cooldown of a skill or weapon will be adjusted based on its presence in the DISCRIMINE competitive ladder. New combat moves, improved and adapted to the warrior class the player chooses. Classes are divided similarly to FOR HONOR. A new mechanic called Stance, which lets you switch stances mid-combat. There will be about four stances, one of which is Dodge. This stance lets you toggle between rolling and stepping—two distinct dodge mechanics—simply by pressing the stance button.

Even though Irons-Spellbooks is one of the most complete magic mods, it still has a huge amount of potential to explore, and that’s what DISCRIMINE will do.
1 – New Magic Concepts
Irons-Spellbooks lacks lore that justifies certain mechanics or magic in its extensive catalog; therefore, you’ll find inconsistencies such as Blood-Step—a spell that makes you invisible. In my opinion, this has little to do with blood magic. In DISCRIMINE, the magic system will be reinvented based on concepts from the popular anime BLACK CLOVER, while also adding biological lore to explain the origin of magic among humans.
2 – Competitive Combat on Equal Terms
There will be new mechanics that allow for a more strategic combat style with magic. One of them will be magic fatigue, an effect that affects the player when they repeatedly abuse magic. This is intended to discourage spam and maintain the elegance of combat.

The story of this mod and how its creator ended up feeling uninspired is a clear example of the lack of appreciation the community has for the art some modders create, as most are conformists, settling for the most basic and simple. The potential this mod has to bring entire worlds to life and tell thousands of stories is fascinating, but few see it, as they settle for the typical server with plugins. I will not allow this to continue.
1 Backward Compatibility with Epic Fight Animations
I aim to ensure that the NPCs created can always use Epic Fight animations, including the new ones I plan to add to enhance immersion. This will bring the world of DISCRIMINE to life, with NPCs that truly appear alive when opening doors or performing other subtle animated actions.
2 Creating NPCs Capable of Competitive Ladder Battles
NPCs will be able to analyze events in their environment during combat, react in time, and thus provide a worthy challenge to any beginner player. Over time, I will train their combat AI so that battles become more challenging, enriching DISCRIMINE’s competitive ladder.
This is just a basic definition of everything that DISCRIMINE can achieve in its quest to explore the infinite potential of these mods and Minecraft, in case you want more details you can join our DISCORD

It should be noted that DISCRIMINE is a project based on a Minecraft server; therefore, all of the above-mentioned features will run within the server using a separate mod that depends on these mods. I have not created that mod yet, but I need to have the mod pack published so that people can join and test the changes I make to data packs and other server components.
