Added quests for thaumcraft and blood magic.

Added ways to conjure up Thaumcraft bosses using Coralus and Dreadia essentia, since they have no other use than using the thaumic centrifuge. Other bosses must be defeated first before being able to conjure thaumcraft bosses due to the need of shader grabbags dropped by bosses.
Morshu will set up shop where you will be able to fight the blights multiple times, for a hefty price of course. He will keep all of us posted.
