The Making Magic Viable To Endgame Update (tm)

Added Ars Elemental! I wonder if anyone reads these? Either way, this adds a ton of much more interesting ways to use Ars, especially in the late-game where the late game 'basic' gear tended to outshine the magic style of play damage-wise.
