General Changes

• Fixed the Tier 3 Rocket schematic not having a duplication recipe
• Reworked some global script functionality for better handling of mass removals/additions
• Due to input conflicts, The Factory now requires LE for instead of FE for all splitting recipes
• Extreme reactors now produce 25x more power and use up fuel twice as fast
