Also went ahead and added a few more things to the just leveling config so they will also be locked untill level requirement is reached

Also also I feel I should mention that if anything in the pack feels off or if anyone has any suggestions on how it can be rebalanced please let me know your thoughts as it would be very much appreciated with that being said though I don't see myself adding anything new to the pack any time soon so this is, for now at least, the final version of the pack of course I will update it as the mods included get updated but that'll be about it
