Dig Burrow Build 2

I updated a lot of the mods on the list this go around and added a handful of more mods to help with proformance and some of the more QOL things I missed before. I also wanted to bring back Oritech in hopes that it was not the mod giving me all the probelms before. ProbeJS should be left disabled in the mod list as it causes a lot of lag on startup and is not used for game play but helping with pack development. Observable is also shipped in the disabled mode as It is used for server admins. Work is still being done on loot tables and quests.
