MOD CONFIGURATION CHANGE

NTP (No tree punching) has been changed, you can NOW CRAFT stone and wooden tools. This was meant to be enabled by default but my small brain forgot to enable it and for some reason couldn't figure out how to until now. If you wish to disable this just edit the mod config in the modpack yourself once you load into it. Do note it will require a game restart.
