Recipes fix, Nerfing Mods and much more!

Changes:
* Fixed Mesh recipe.
* Changed Recipe for the Eternal Singularity.
* Fixed OpenBlocks Healer recipe.
* Fixed Ender Alloy recipe.
* Removed some Enchantments ( There were overlapping enchantments like Soulbound etc )
* Fixed some recipes that were to easy/need to be harder.
* Minor fixes in configs ( Mobs become now stronger the more u kill them. Or if u go to sleep )
* Nerfed SolarFluxRebord ( They produce way less RF now! )
* MooFluids cow have now a 5 Minutes cooldown before they can be milked again ^^
* MooFluids cow with special Fluids are also now very Rare!
* Mob Duplicator needs much more RF per Action( For simpler Mob Spawning use "Soulshards Mod" )
+ No new mods!
