- removed shadow steel and refined radiance from tetra (they are from Create but no longer used)

- Added some modded materials to tetra including

- Included a new optional resource pack for minimal armor - it only affects vanilla armor for the time being

- Effortless building has a bug that causes it to stop working in a given world. This has been removed and replaced with Building Wands and Build Guide

- Updated some mods more recent versions
