Remove Rail Collector block
Trim can now be used with the pipe connector (Not framed trim)
Catalogue book quest moved into useful items questline
Floppers should now longer try to place fluids or pickup fluids in the world
Pneumaticcraft manual now works correctly

**End Game Changes**
Dramatically decreased the amount of neutron ingots needed for recipes
Neutronium ingot recipe now uses 4 nuggets not 9 nuggets per ingot
Compressor now accepts up to 100000 RF per tick instead of 5000
Collectors now collect 3 times faster
Dark Steel, Vibrant and Energetic gear recipes just uses nuggets not ingots now
Netherite meshes no longer need to be enchanted for catalyst recipe
Pulsating Iron and Conductive Iron recipe changed
Various end game recipes tweaked

*Hopefully these endgame changes will improve the endgame experiance by not making it soo grindy. If theses changes are not enough then more will come!*
