Added Bad Mobs (for configuring mob spawns, used in this pack to disable the frustrating and unfair Lureling from Enderling Invaders).

Added Wither Dimension Filter (Wither can now only be spawned in the nether).

Added Berry Bushes Don't Hurt Villagers (I think you can guess what that's for).

Reconfigured Quark to work better with other mods.

Reconfigured Savage Ender Dragon to spawn mobs from The Farlanders and Enderling Invaders, as well as the Wraith from Dungeons Mobs.
