Dakka Simulator

This update fixes a lot of problems with the datapack and expands on the coin system:

1. Scorched guns now uses every version of steel and lead in the modpack

2. Scorched guns now uses matching metal coin types for bullet recipes at one third of the bullet output per operation.  speed and energy used remains unchanged

3. Converting prismarine shards to uncommon overworld essence has been disabled due to a conflict with the datapack.

4. The recipe for blue dye using lapis from vanilla minecraft has been removed due to a conflict with the datapack.  It is also redundant because cornflower is cheaper, though the millstone recipe for lapis sourced blue dye is intact.

5. The create crushing recipe for prismarine shards was removed due to a conflict with the datapack and the fact that it creates an infinite glowstone loop using nothing but prismarine if i were to simply make the nether quartz output match the exchange rate for lower tier gems.

6. The diamond crushing recipes from the following mods were removed due to conflicts with the datapack:

    - create crafts and additions: converted to use the millstone instead for diamond grit
    - create recycle everything: outright removed, the recipe was useless as the only use for
      diamond shards is crafting diamonds.
