It is recommended to start new worlds due to some of these changes enabling nether+end from space, but not elsewhere. Thus far, I haven't discovered a way to push this on existing worlds.
The start of a guidebook has begun, but may (for the time being) crash the client when used. I recommend not using it, which is also why it won't be available outside of Creative Tab.
