entity culling and culllessleaves reforged (more efficient that chloride's culling options)

removed:
txnilib, cerulean, easy disenchanting (added lots of fabric APIs)
krypton reforged (same as above)
item descriptions (made everything very cluttered)
attract to sound (requires a lot of setup, not that necessary)
etheria (heavy fps drops around ritual blocks)
localized chat (maybe later)
tally master (not that necessary)
advanced loot info (lengthens loading times, unnecessary with other jei mods being better)
