Removed Dungeon Tactics because it messes up all the ores via "ore clusters" that drop from them, such that Tinker's smeltery does not work. Removed dimensional doors because rifts are tedious to work with, some names don't work. Added Pewter for more Tinker's integration, and added BetterPortals cuz it looks cool. Also added BountifulBaubles, since it adds things like magic mirror.
