Config/Script Changes

 

Made quests actually reasonable and added more rewards (Ok so I forgot that there was a command that lets you reload quests which is /bq_admin default load and you don't have to delete any files in your save.)
Item stages for inventory pets are now a bit earlier to work with rewards
