Config Changes

Reduced spawn weights for cursed tools, traveling merchants, and grove sprites
Disabled ice and fire silver ore from spawning
Increased oresalleasy silver spawn rate
All ores mined in the world will drop in an item form without getting turned into a block form
Fixed ores not generating on other planets (some planets such as the moon will have more ores of a specific type)
Messed with advanced rocketry asteroid configs
Disabled ender quarry (didn't work very well)
Some other stuff I forgot
Made quests work without roots two (you will need to remove the better questing file in your save again :/)
