Updated all mods to current version

Added a few mods (no spoilers!)

Removed Creative Jetpack -- qualifies as OP. May consider re-adding it after server is more mature.

Changed recipie for steam armor - it was too cheap

Removed quark backpack and odd grave thingies.

Many many more tweaks to improve performance and balancing
