FIX: Added a quest for IF's laser drill to clarify that it will be needed to proceed.

FIX: Adjusted the quests for Platinum and Iridium to accept ore, ingot, or dust, instead of only accepting Ore.

FIX: Added normal Minecraft Bricks to the list of valid Bloomery and Coke Oven bricks. This was a grave oversight.

FIX: EMC values for items produced by Fusion Crafting had wrong EMC value (Catalyst item was not being counted)

BUFF: Adjusted the recipes of several of the less-powerful RFtools machines to use the Machine_Base instead of the very expensive Machine_Frame.

BUFF: RFtools and RFtools Power Energy Cells now store way more energy.

NERF: Adjusted the RFtools charged porter recipe to use the Machine_Frame in place of a Redstone Block.

NERF: Adjusted the Draconic Evolution dislocator to use a Draconic Core instead of an Eye Of The Ender.
