Waila Harvestability to make it more apparent when your current tool cannot harvest the block you're looking at.

Added Enchiridion and a documentation book for the modpack and, at the moment, Charcoal Pit in particular.
Added a recipe for the Creeping Codex guidebook and added it to the Custom Starter Gear initial inventory kit.
