Sound Physics Remastered seems to cause frametime hitches to the game when several concurrent sounds are being calculated at once, i'm talking even as little as 20 mobs in an area... This isn't really a bug seeing as the dev knows and has talked about this being a very expectable thing, but either way, just something to look out for if you notice that happening in your game, and lower some settings if you do.
