Upgrades are only functional when equipped
Carrying more than 2 backpacks incurs a slowness nerf
Changed upgrade count & capacity limit of each backpack
A single stack upgrade per backpack
XP Pump upgrade will not repair items with mending
Made sophisticated backpacks more expensive to make

All existing coins are marked for deprecation, major update will see them removed
