Create Waves

This update mainly focuses on EMC adjustments and a few small mod changes.

🔧 Changes:

• Rebalanced EMC tables (updated prices and removed EMC from select items)

• Removed a few small mods for optimization

• Added Silent Gear for expanded gear customization

• Improved weapon swing animations to better sync with the Hold My Items mod

Although this is a minor update, I strongly recommend backing up your world before updating.
