Fixes

• Raw ores can now be processed in the Millstone
• doFireTick gamerule quests now actually feature their respective commands

Changes

• Split Refined Fuel recipe into 2 as the Basin can only accept 2 input fluids at a time.
• Brought raw block melting into the ore processing overhaul
• Buffed chance of Experience Nuggets from crushing raw ores from 75% to 100%
• Changed recipes for Create stone types to Dye, Cobbled Deepslate and Lava. After revamping ore processing, I felt that having the recipe be that cheap didn't really incentivise the ore processing side all that much especially with being able to get 1.6 raw ore per block with crushing wheels
• Changed quests to fit with the new stone type recipes
• Removed Quantum Entangled Singularity recipe
• Electric Smeltery recipe now uses a Smeltery controller
• Removed Honey from Tasty Mechanism recipe
• Toned down the amount of Liquid Slag obtained from melting raw ores
• Changed Integral Component recipes to follow the progression of the pack
• Removed leftover AE2 press recipes
• Removed the ability to upgrade dyed chests
• Added recipe to wash dye off of chests and barrels
• Changed Sophisticated Storage upgrade items to use Compact Mechanisms
• Added Tinkers and Thermal compat recipes for Andesite Alloy blocks
