Updated mods that needed updates.

Added the following mods:
Particle Core - Optimizes particles and provides more performance options
Fzzy Config - Required for Particle Core.

Changed config settings:
supplementaries-common - Changed flower box simple mode to false.
This allows small flowers to be placed in boxes.

Carryon-common - added All items from Sophisticated backpacks to the blacklist.
Carry on mod caused issues that prevented users from picking up the backpacks.

Particle_Core_Config - Disabled particle "Create:Steam_Jet"
significantly reduces lag around steam engines.
