INCREASED max starbuncle wheel to 512 su

INCREASED rubber recipe (200mB resin instead of...1000mB...)

ALTERED gold hand craft (take the tag instead item)

CHANGED abyssmarine quest (pickup upgrade is lame)

CHANGED the submarine structure in the abyss for multiplayer purpose, I replaced the barrel for chest affected by lootr (I couldn't stop myself to add create things too...)
